How does my team get access?
You invite as many team members as you need. No plan limits their number. You control what each person can see through roles.
Who do I ask about problems with my account?
In the contact form, choose the topic “Help as a customer” and tell us your shop name. You can reach us by phone at +49 30 311 69 89 120.
Where is my data stored?
The application runs in Frankfurt, the database in Belgium and the Netherlands. Files are stored in EU data centers. With ZYBR BRAIN, the AI models also compute in the EU, in Paris and Gravelines.
