What happens after I sign up?
Two quick steps, then ZYBR starts writing. You install the Shopify app and forward your customer emails to ZYBR, with a guide for your email provider included.
From the first forwarded email, ZYBR writes reply drafts with the order and shipping status.
Do I need technical skills?
No. You install an app and set up email forwarding, both with step-by-step guides. No coding required.
Does anything go out before I approve it?
Only what you enable yourself. You set that per category. Everything else waits as a finished reply for your approval.
